At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your Anekke customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to maintain the product's integrity.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
